All items are handcrafted and often customized. Because of this, natural variations in leather texture, color, and patina are expected and are not considered defects. Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production begins.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and update information at any time.

4. Order Acceptance

We may refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse of our products or website. We may also limit quantities per customer or household.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments must be completed at checkout. We are not responsible for bank or payment processor delays.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high‑volume seasons. Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos so we can assist.

Because our products are handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If we make an error (incorrect engraving, wrong color, wrong stitching, craftsmanship defect), contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
